Energy saving and emission reduction is a basic national policy of China, and also an inevitable choice to achieve sustainable economic development in China. As a major energy consuming chemical industry, we should pay more attention to this issue. Energy saving and consumption reduction is to take technically feasible and economically reasonable measures to improve energy utilization efficiency and reduce energy consumption to a greater extent. At present, the energy-saving measures taken in the chemical industry mainly include the following aspects:
1. Adopt new technology and equipment
advanced production processes and energy-saving equipment are important means for chemical enterprises to save energy and reduce consumption. Adopt advanced processes to optimize the total energy consumption of the process, including adopting energy-saving processes, optimizing process parameters (such as conversion rate, reflux ratio, circulation ratio, etc.), improving the operating flexibility of the unit, improving the reaction operating conditions, and reducing energy consumption. Energy saving equipment such as fractionator, heat exchanger, air cooler, pump, compressor, heating furnace and other mass transfer, heat exchange and rotation shall be adopted, and the production capacity of single equipment shall be improved to achieve energy saving and consumption reduction from the source.
2. Reduce power consumption
power consumption mainly includes power and steam consumption, which is the main part of energy consumption of chemical enterprises. To reduce power consumption, motor frequency conversion speed regulation technology can be adopted. Based on the current situation that the load rate of most chemical enterprises is low, the adoption of frequency conversion speed regulation technology is undoubtedly an effective way to save energy. Optimization of heating system. Reasonably implement the combination between devices, optimize the matching of cold and hot logistics in a large range, and realize the optimization of energy utilization.
3. Comprehensive utilization of energy
chemical enterprises use many kinds of energy with different grades. The process has both endothermic and exothermic functions. They effectively combine the fuel, steam, electricity, mechanical energy that are widely used in production with the combustible gas, reaction heat and a variety of surplus energy that are generated in the production process to achieve the utilization of system energy. About 80% of the total heat energy consumed by chemical enterprises is ultimately released as low-level heat energy. Therefore, the effective utilization of low thermal energy is the key to improve the utilization rate of chemical energy.
4. Descaling, anti-corrosion and thermal insulation
in chemical enterprises, heat exchangers in continuous operation are prone to scaling, resulting in reduced heat exchange efficiency. It needs to be removed by chemical cleaning or mechanical cleaning. It is a simple and easy way to use anti scaling agent to prevent scaling or slow down the scaling speed.
5. Strengthen energy management
in the field of chemical production, by strengthening energy management, production energy consumption can be reduced by 5% ~ 20%.
